All of the pre-congress hype online to generate excitement for CIRSE 2025 (including by us) was not overdone - the event again met or exceeded expectations!
4.5 action packed days kept the team at the CAS-One IR booth very busy. Over 100 physicians visited our booth to learn more about CAS-One IR and how it could help them, their hospitals, and their patients (in short, 100% margins for more patients, in less time).
The CAS-One IR challenge kicked-off its 4th iteration, and 10th overall appearance, had over a dozen competitors. Thanks to Naomi Hersey from Sheffield (UK) for taking home first place (and the best chocolate) Fredrik Holmquist (Malmo, SE) and Jose David Guio (Ciudad Real, ES) for rounding out the leaderboard
CASCINATION hosted a scientific dinner with over 100 participants - and even more stayed after the dinner.
Thanks to Dr. Milan Patel (Houston, USA) for speaking about the importance of Ablation Confirmation, and his use of AblaSure, and Prim. Dr. Christian Neumann (Vienna, AUT) for speaking about his experience using CAS-One IR for kidney ablation. They both shared some remarkable cases, and were to date, some of the best speakers we have been lucky enough to have.
Of course, there was a lot of interesting scientific content - on top of the two posters from the team at Regensburg University Hospital...
P-0778 / A Difficult Case of Stereotactic Electrochemotherapy for an Inoperable Cholangiocarcinoma
...there were some great scientific sessions. Some of our favorites are here (one of them describes a "Mexican Standoff"):
Look out for us in Copenhagen 2026!
